LTP will introduce you to general weather conditions and ice formation.

You will learn about typical weather types leading to frozen contamination on the aircraft.

Also, you will see that some weather situations need special attention.

Weather conditions will be discussed that are included in the Holdover Time tables as well as some weather types that are excluded from these tables.

LTP will show you some forms of weather reporting as well as the effects of weather on airport operation.
