Part of the LTP Training is also to look at past seasons based on the requirement from AS6286 Training element number 17:

TE17. Learning from season operations, audit findings, and updated procedures

-Review of season operational performance with reference to AS6332.

-Review of any incidents, both local and in the industry.

-Review findings from internal and external audits as appropriate.

-Consolidate learning with updates to procedures and instructions for next winter season.
