Critical aircraft surfaces

The "Clean Aircraft Concept" states that no airplane may take off if frost, ice, snow, or slush is adhering to a critical surface.

Critical surfaces include, but are not limited to, the wings, control surfaces, rotors, propellers, horizontal stabilizers, vertical stabilizers, or any other stabilizing surface on an aircraft as well as all sensoring devices.
